Without the right program, they might miss their chance or waste their time and energy on ineffective training! Trident is launching a brand-new strength and conditioning program for your kids that will elevate them to the next level. Our program will be focused on strength, speed, agility, and endurance!!

Programs Offered

For the Following Ages

  • Kick Start: 7-12 Year Olds
  • Top Notch Performance: 12-15 Year Olds
  • Peak Performance: 15-22 Years Old
  • Training will be held in Groups of 12.

Schedule

  • Four (4) days a Week
  • Weekdays - Monday - 5-6pm, 6-7pm
  • Wednesday - 6-7pm, 7-8pm
  • Weekends - Saturday - 3-4pm, 4-5pm
  • Sunday - 1-2pm, 2-3pm
