The Healthiest Banana Oat Cookie

  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups steel-cut oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form 1 inch balls with the dough and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Let cool and EAT!
