Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettlebell allows for swing movements that are not possible with traditional dumbbell workout, as a result, more muscle groups are utilized, accomplishing better results.

Paul holds the prestigious RKC/StrongFirst Level II Teaching Certifications.
