I run self-defense seminars at colleges, fitness studios, and yoga studios on occasion. I speak occasionally to high school and college students about the “real world” and business. I like to hike through the pinelands and north jersey whenever possible. I workout frequently and research new training methods. Enjoy life with family and friends as well!

Robin Morris is a Jersey Shore native who started training with kettlebells in 2011 as a means to cope with personal stress and body image anxiety. Having been a competitive tennis player her whole life, seeking solitude through physical means felt natural to her. From day one she became humbled and hooked. She learned to listen to her body, and how proper nutrition and nourishment can greatly enhance or inhibit physical performance. Robin began coaching with the mission of building confidence, good movement, and strength in every client she works with. She believes that all strength and mobility training should be treated like a skill- with practice and patience!

That’s a hard one. Because I know that the exercises I hate the most are the ones that I need the most. I do hate mountain climbers very much, though.

When I’m not coaching at the gym I’m training at the gym! I also am a huge yoga lover. And I cook a lot. And I read a lot. Basically I am a big nerd.
