If you could be a superhero who would it be? Why? Ironman (woman), love the shield of armor and the technology behind the suit. I would also like to fly and to be known as one of the smartest people on the planet.

What do you do when you are not coaching at the gym? Aside from coaching, I enjoy watching movies, surfing, and deadlifting.
Who Do You Look Up To? Why? Tony Gentilcore. Aside from being one of the funniest coaches out there. He’s also one of the most respected coaches in the industry and one of the first coaches I was exposed to when I first started.
Guilty Indulgence? Austin Powers movies. I can’t get enough of them!
If you could be a superhero who would it be? Why? Batman, because he doesn’t need anything to fight crime but his fists and his really cool batmobile and gadgets. That, plus he’s a billionaire.

Prior to working at Trident Fitness and Performance, Pablo was also fortunate to work under Rob Rabena, an Eric Cressey intern and Director of Sports Performance at Maplezone Sports Institute in Garnet Valley, PA. During his time with Rob, Pablo was able to work with athletes from the youth all the way to the professional level. In his internship, Pablo learned that the goal of training is to optimize movement and function while improving overall performance. Pablo continues to study and learn from the top coaches in the industry.

What Does The Trident Culture Mean To You? I wake up everyday looking forward to getting back to Trident to train/coach, with people who I truly enjoy being around. We leave our problems at the door and focus on our goals! Weight loss, health, strength to name a few. Fellow coaches and students have become an extended family to me, helping to give me support to continue to become the best version of myself.

What do you do when you are not coaching at the gym? I have a wonderful husband and 2 amazing little boys in which I spend most of my time with. We enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and try to live a healthy lifestyle.
Who Do You Look Up To? Why? I look up to my Trident coaches, they have all equally affected me in different ways. I cannot thank them enough. They have helped me improve my life in so many ways. Outside of Trident, I would say the person I looked up to the most from a young age was my Grandfather. He was the strongest, most hard working, generous man I have ever known. If I am half the person he was, I could feel accomplished. I have always hoped and strived to be someone he would be proud of.

If you could be a superhero who would it be? Why? I would be Ironman, or Ironwoman😉! He had to use the resources he had available to him to create and become Ironman, and continues to use experience and resources to become stronger and more versatile.
