What does the Trident culture mean to you? Trident means community! The moment I stepped into Trident I felt welcomed and any sense of intimidation melted away. It’s such a tight knit community of diverse people coming together around a common goal. Everyone builds each other up and is truly invested in the successes not only of their own, but each other’s as well.

What is your favorite exercise? Kettlebell High Pulls

Least Favorite exercise? The Air Assault Bike! That bad boy makes me want to throw up every single time.

What do you do when you are not coaching at the gym? I also work as a paramedic. When not at work, I like to spend time with my family, dabble in recipe development and food photography when I have the time and love to try new restaurants (I’m a foodie through and through) and do anything outdoors … hiking, lazy beach day, stand up paddle board, kayak, etc.

Who do you look up to? Why? My dad. He taught me the importance of having a good work ethic and working hard to meet your goals in life. And he always lead by example.

Guilty Indulgence? Pizza and ice cream!

If you could be a superhero who would it be? Why? Black Widow … let’s see here … she’s a world class athlete, expert martial artist and weapons specialist not to mention her body is resistant to aging, disease and she can heal crazy fast!
