The staff and fitness program's that Trident offers is truly one of a kind. When my wife and I meet the owners we knew this was not a ordinary “gym”. They took there time and explained what there programs can offer. The coaches work with you to obtain the proper technique in the exercises, as well as building your self confidence during your work out. I suffer from injuries and they take that all into consideration so I won’t aggravate them during my training. Each class offers individual help from the coaches so no question or goal achievement you have goes unanswered. I would like to thank Paul, Carolyn and all the coaches at Trident Fitness. I enrolled my 13 year old athlete into the High School Sports Performance program three months ago. The gains she has made in this short time are astonishing. What has pleased me the most as a parent is that the progress can be seen across the board. Her speed as well as her strength and overall fitness have improved to a level, that on her own she would not have been able to achieve. Due to the skilled and attentive coaches at Trident Fitness and the dedication of my daughter she now has a great foundation to work with.
Trident’s strength training is tremendous. It has helped me as well as my amateur and pro fighters. Paul’s training methods, along with his experience in combat sports, make for a great combination for functional strength.
Trident’s kettlebell workouts have given me explosiveness as well as strength and endurance in my past professional mixed martial arts fights. The program he (Paul Hafner) lays out on a daily basis is proven to increase overall strength, core strength and grip strength. If you’re looking for power on the mat, you have found the program for you.
I began at Trident a little over a year ago. I found out that I'm stronger than I thought. I'm not a washed up has been athlete, and I'm constantly challenged in every aspect. There is a sign in the studio that reads "the only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves." That being said I have been encouraged to break out of my comfort zone. I have gotten stronger mentally and physically. It's not what I "was"anymore. It's what I am now working toward fitness and acceptance of the strength I've been blessed with. I learned it's okay to have muscle and 'beast' isn't a negative thing.
I'm not the kind that can walk into a gym and do a coherent, effective workout on my own. I need a structured workout that makes sense and doesn't focus on one area while neglecting another. Trident's staff knows their business and will guide you every step of the way. Beginner or Beast, at Trident you'll get what you came for.
I was looking for something new and fun to help me in my weight loss journey, I have definitely found it! All the classes are fun and every time I go (which is three times a week) it's always different. I didn't know if I could do some of the things they do in class at 53-years-old but I feel great and have lots of energy. The instructors are all great and help you feel comfortable and confident. I really love going even after working 10 hours some days. Thank you all!
