What to Expect

Middle School:

  • 60 minute training sessions with never more than a 10-1 athlete to coach ratio
  • Speed & Agility fundamentals ranging from proper posture to change of direction
  • Introduction to Weight Training
  • Power Production utilizing medicine balls and Jump training
  • Building confidence in their abilities and mental toughness to compete against their peers
  • Demonstrate to our athletes that they can put in the work and have fun doing it.

High School:

  • 90 minute training sessions with never more than a 10-1 athlete to coach ratio
  • Speed & Agility training including acceleration and sprint mechanics, first step quickness, change of direction skills, deceleration, and improving lateral movement
  • Injury reduction techniques and resiliency to stay healthy throughout the season
  • Power production utilizing medicine balls and advanced jump training
  • Weight training programming specifically designed to improve athletic performance
  • In-season strength work and recovery
  • Instill confidence in their abilities allowing to be more assertive and become better teammates and leaders on and off the field

College:

  • 90 minute training sessions available during the summer session and winter break
  • Speed and Agility training acceleration and sprint mechanics, first step quickness, change of direction skills, deceleration, and improving lateral movement.
  • Injury reduction and resiliency to stay healthy throughout the long season and off-season training.
  • Stay ahead of the curve training like an athlete while your competition hits the local gym
  • Weight training programming specially designed to improve the athletic performance of advanced college athletes
  • Power production utilizing medicine balls and advanced jump training
  • 10-1 athlete to coach ratio allows the coach to focus on proper technique where even the most subtle improvement will translate to more athletic success

Team Clinic:

  • Book a 60 – 90 minute session on Saturday or Sunday for an entire team
  • Get a introduction to our speed & agility training
  • Lock in a time slot on Sunday for the entire team to come in and train together

Each athlete will receive a comprehensive athletic assessment which will include a functional movement screen prior to the start of each training cycle.
